Caivot’s earliest community — who’s using it, why they stick around, and where the next cohort comes from.

Responsibilities

• Recruit early users directly — campuses, gyms, running clubs, creators, and communities built around consistency.
• Build real partnerships, not just social posts.
• Turn user feedback into concrete activation and retention improvements, working with product.

Desired experience

• Have grown a real community or early-stage product before, not just run ads.
• Comfortable doing outreach yourself in the early stages.
• Genuinely interested in fitness, study, or accountability communities.
